Benefits of Membership of Zingdad.com

I want you to sign up for membership of Zingdad.com because I want to be able to keep you updated as I release new chapters on my books or have something new to offer you etc.  Essentially I want to be able to invite you back to my website from time to time when I think there is something worth coming back for.

I value this because I want a relationship between you and Zingdad.com. Not just a once-off visit.

I also  believe in building a community of like-minded, ascension-conscious souls.  A network that will have untold value later as we progress into the new golden age.

So in exchange for you signing up I will, keep you informed if there is anything new on this site that might interest you. As I go I plan to grow the newsletter in such a way that it continues to offer my members real value.  And I will find other ways to make it worth your while to take membership on my site.  Like sending you exclusive "members only" content.  The idea is to make it worth your while to be a member and I will engage with you to make sure that you feel it is!

Members get specially discounted prices on most of the items available on my site.

There are "members' only" areas to the forum on this site and only members may post on the forum.

There are items on the site that are free-to-download for members only.

Only members may leave comments on articles.

Privacy Policy Associated with Membership

No-one hates spam more than I do, so I promise I will NEVER share your details with anyone else for any reason whatsoever. Only I will use the info you give me and then only for legitimate contact from Zingdad.com.  I am very serious about respecting your privacy.

I will also not overload your inbox.You will probably only get about one newsletter a month from me and certainly never more that two in a month. Each one will be clearly marked "Zingdad" in the subject line so you know that it's from me.

If you ever decide you don't want the newsletters there will always be an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom. Click on it and that will be the end of it!

Cancellation of Membership:

And finally, if you ever decide you no longer want to be a member then all you have to do is contact me using this website's contact form or reply to one of my emails and ask me to cancel your membership for you. I know people's interests change and I have no desire to cling on to you if your journey takes you elsewhere!  :-)  So there will be no pain, I'll just delete your account and wish you well on your way.

Sales Policy

Digital Items Sales Policy

Digital or "downloadable" items, including e-books, audio files and image files, are sold on this site using  a payment gateway. This means you must successfully complete the associated PayPal transaction in order to be sent, via email, the unique download link for that item. You will only be able to use that download link a limited number of times and only for a limited duration before it will expire. Under normal conditions there should be MORE than enough opportunity to successfully complete your download. If you should have any difficulty downloading an item you have purchased you are most welcome to contact me using this website's contact form and I will be very happy to make sure you have your download.

Physical Items Sales Policy

Physical items that need to be mailed to you (typically paperback books) are sold on this site using a payment gateway. This means that you must successfully complete the associated PayPal transaction to "order" the item. As soon as you have completed the PayPal transaction I will automatically be sent a notification that you have done so and I will then, as expeditiously as possible, process your order with my distributor and get your purchase in the mail to you. I will send you an email telling you that I have done so, so that you know your purchase is on it's way to you.

Where possible you are offered the choice between "economy mail" and "premium mail".

Economy Mail

This is normal surface mail. There is no tracking and no insurance offered with this option. It is however significantly cheaper. If you choose this option then there is no possibility of making any guarantees whatsoever regarding how long the item will take to get to you or, indeed that it will get to you at all. In my experience thus far I have not yet had one of my sales items that I have sent economy mail get lost. Items usually arrive within about a week or less. On a handful of occasions an item has taken up to four weeks when shipped internationally. For this reason, unless you really want your item quickly and feel you can afford premium, I would actually recommend economy.

If your item does not get to you within one calendar month of it being shipped, I will go half with you on a replacement. That is to say you can pay just 50% of the cost of the price to get another. We share the replacement cost equally. Please contact me using this website's contact form if your item has not reached you.

Premium Mail

This is parcel post with tracking and insurance and is 100% guaranteed: you WILL get your item. If it is lost it will be replaced at no cost to you. Which is very nice but also quite expensive. Sometimes the price of shipping is nearly as much as the item itself. If you are willing to pay the extra amount for the shipping then this option is available to you. If you do choose this option then you are welcome to contact me for the parcel tracking number and also to let me know if there are any problems with your delivery.
