Wende is an absolute delight to read. She tackles the heavy-sounding issue of "leadership in a crisis" in a way that is really fun and engaging. Wende takes her years of experience as a Fire Service Training Officer and uses that wealth of knowledge to offer us, her readers, some really valuable insight into human nature and how we can be more effective in our relationships generally... and especially under pressure and in a crisis. This really is a book for everyone. And it is written in such an easy to read style that anyone could pick it up, gain some value and really enjoy the read.

As always - I feel books should, at least, be offered in e-book form. E-books are much kinder to the environment as they don't consume precious resources to produce and they also don't need to be transported. "Real" paper books are a wonderful luxury but offering an e-book version is good for those of us that will use that format. So I am delighted to note that Wende is also offering this book in a Kindle version on Amazon
